Below are three views of our nylon webbing that illustrate
the relative thickness of each style.
The thickest one, the tan nylon, is our REGULAR FLAT
NYLON WEBBING, which is commonly used for pet collars and leashes.
It's thickness is about 1/16".
The greenish nylon next to the regular flat nylon is
the CORDURA NYLON, mil-spec 43668 (W-N-07).
Next to it is the MIL-SPEC THIN NYLON, mil-spec 17337
(W-N-06), which is comparable in thickness to the regular thin nylon webbing
(W-N-02), about 1/32".
Finally, on the outside is the black GROSGRAIN NYLON
WEBBING, mil-spec 5038 (W-N-04), which is ultra-thin and barely visible in
normal view from the side.
